Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident when purchasing from QINVEL.
14-Day Return Window
Eligible Ready-to-Ship products may be returned within 14 days after confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unworn
- Be unused
- Be undamaged
- Remain in its original condition
- Include all original accessories, cards, packaging, and gifts supplied with the order
Customers must contact service@qinvel.com before returning any item.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
One-of-One Pieces
One-of-One pieces may be returned within the standard 14-day return period provided that the piece remains completely unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
Because the customer receives the exact piece shown in the product photographs or private viewing, natural differences visible before purchase are not considered defects.
Made-to-Order & Customized Pieces
Made-to-Order, personalized, resized, or otherwise customized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange for reasons of personal preference.
Returns may still be accepted where the product:
- Arrives damaged
- Contains a confirmed manufacturing or assembly defect
- Is materially different from the confirmed order specification
Return Shipping
Unless the return results from our error or a confirmed product defect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after the return request has been approved.
Please do not send a product to our registered company address without prior authorization.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will normally be initiated within 5 business days.
The actual time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider.
Original international shipping costs are non-refundable where applicable, although QINVEL currently provides complimentary standard shipping.
