Each QINVEL piece is individually selected and hand-assembled.
Some components, including beads and metal findings, may be produced separately by specialized suppliers.
Are two pieces exactly the same?
No.
Natural agarwood varies in grain, color, resin formation, texture, weight, and aroma.
Where does your Qi-Nan agarwood come from?
Our Qi-Nan agarwood originates from Guangdong, China.
Is the product in the photograph the exact piece I will receive?
For products marked One of One, yes.
For Made-to-Order products, photographs may represent the design style rather than the exact final natural materials.
How long does processing take?
Ready-to-Ship:

Made-to-Order:

How long does international shipping take?

Can I return my order?
Eligible Ready-to-Ship and One-of-One products may be returned within 14 days after delivery if they remain unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Made-to-Order and customized pieces are generally final sale unless damaged or defective.

Can I cancel an order?
Orders may normally be cancelled within 24 hours if processing or production has not begun.
Are customs duties included?
Import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply depending on the destination.
Where not expressly included at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
How should I store my agarwood jewelry?
Keep it dry and away from perfume, alcohol, detergents, and strong chemicals.
Allow the piece to dry naturally after wearing before returning it to an airtight storage container.
